Missing Files via creative cloud?

Hello,

Recently my creative cloud files are all missing through the creative cloud web browser on my PC. Although I'm able to see them on my creative cloud mobile app, I cannot obtain the original file and instead I only get a jpg.

Is there anyway I can retrieve my original files saved to creative cloud? I have a lot of important files I've worked on over the years and I would like to get them back.

Hi @Allen25373009c6ee ,

I reviewed the account you used to post here. I found that your Personal profile has exceeded its free storage limit of 5Gb, and the storage provided by your University is entirely unutilized. Please try to search for your missing files using the links below while signing in through your personal profile.

@Allen25373009c6ee you should have received several email notices regarding this over the course of the past 9 months.

Prior to this you should have performed a local folder sync to your local HD.

Yeah that would've been smart to do rather than relying on adobe to store my work, I just never expected for them to discontinue cloud synced files for whatever reason.
