je souhaiterais mettre à jour le nom et l'adresse mail su un compte utilisateurd 'une de nos licences, mais l'import du fichier csv modifié est en "erreur".

Verify CSV Format: Ensure the CSV file matches Adobe’s required structure and has the correct column headers. Please refer to the following helpx document for the correct format here. 
Check Data Integrity: Remove any blank rows or invalid characters.
Email Formatting: Confirm email addresses match your organization’s convention.
Reattempt Import: Go to Admin Console > Users > Bulk Edit Users to try the import again.

If the issue persists, you can also try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to upload the CSV.
