Adobe has been taking double payments from our business account. Is there any email or Online Form we can use to contact Adobe Customer Support to stop them from taking more money?  We can not find the feature on our account to cancel the  manage the PLAN. Inside the account page it is stated  we do not have any Plan.  Thank you for your advice.

Hi @Ganna26770839629f,

You should contact support. If you have a teams/enterprise account you can do so via the support tab in the Admin Console. If unable to do so or you have a personal subscription then follow the instructions given below

1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

P.S. Be mindful of answering anyone who sends you a private message. See the following for more information about scammers

Thank you Manan for your information! I had the same problem and I used the weblink you gave in the message above. I contacted the chatbox and our problem is solved now. Have a nice day!
