Moving a group from Enterprise ID to Federation ID ?

HelloThere is a group setup as Enteprise ID where the domains have been added.Ideally, we like to utilise OKTA as a single SignOn function.Guides say that the Feration ID is required to setup SSO and add & link domains.Now, I have created a test group and wanted to link up the domains but they are already in use.What is best approach on this?If I delete the Enteprise ID group folder, will it stop existing users to manually log onto Adobe eSign?Can somebody assist please?

@Burim281212649esz If you have already configured a new directory with SSO, you can migrate the domains from Enterprise to Federated Directory however the users will be logged out in this process so I would suggest performing the migration during weekends or after working hours for the least downtime.
