Moving from personal to company account – libraries and prefs missing :-(

We have understood, that Adobe has changed the way company subscriptions are handled.

So we users must move from our personal account to the new company account.

When doing so, we loose all our personal application settings and libraries – this is a really serious issue for us!

How do we move all our personal application settings and libraries from personal account to company account ???

Is this something that should be done via the administrator console ?
