Hi, we move out from SDL to user licence. All our staff using the same device (previously used SDL).

When sign in, the device still show 'this is share device' and unable to use the app.

New licence purchased and in Adobe console, the user info correct.

We try to uninstall the apps and reinstall with new package - still not working.

Need help.

@Paramasivam35219600al31, to convert the installed SDL package to Named User License, please delete the OperatingConfigs folder from the machine.
Please ensure the user is logged out from the CCD before making changes.

Win C:\\ProgramData\\Adobe\\OperatingConfigs\\"

ProgramData Folder is Hidden Folder

Mac: "/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OperatingConfigs/"

Thank you!
