multi factor Authentication, system option not there

trying to enforce multi factor Authentication, system says navigate to Settings > Privacy and Security > Authentication Settings, In the admin console for my company I have Settings > Privacy and Security > Security and Privacy Contacts.  How am I suppose to enforce password security or 2 Factor Authentication?

Hope you're doing well.

 

It seems to me that you have a Federated ID organization with SSO enabled. Adobe does not support 2 factor authentication for Federated IDs through the Admin Console.

However, you can enforce multi-factor authentication for your users via your organization's identity provider (example: Okta, Google, Azure AD).

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
