Currently, Adobe applications support only one active account session at a time, meaning that switching between your corporate and personal logins requires signing out of one account and signing into the other. To simplify access, you might consider using a web-based Acrobat viewer for your corporate account, while continuing to use the Creative Cloud desktop app for your personal projects.
