Muse 2015.1 when I go to the enterprise and try to make a package it only shows 2015 and no updates ?

How do I create a package and get the new version of Muse that has the responsive web site included.

I tried with the current build of Creative Cloud Packager and the version of Muse installed from the package was 2015.1.

This matched the version installed from the Creative Cloud Desktop App.
