Hi @shafi___,

Thanks for sharing this. Could you please confirm if the issue you’re experiencing is associated with the same email ID you used to post this query? If so, please note that the date shown refers to your contract renewal date. However, if licenses have not yet been assigned to your account, you won’t be able to access the required Adobe apps. I recommend reaching out to your admin and requesting that they assign the appropriate license to you from the Admin Console.

Regards,
^AN

Hi @shafi___,

Thanks for reaching out. Upon checking, I can confirm that you have an active Enterprise contract associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. You have also been assigned an Adobe Express license by your admin.

Could you please confirm whether you’re seeing this prompt while accessing the Adobe Express app on your device, when opening the Creative Cloud Desktop app, or while launching any other Adobe app?

If you’re encountering this issue with Creative Cloud Desktop or Adobe Express, please try the following steps:

Open either of these links:

https://adobe.ly/3JyxjKu

https://adobe.ly/4qMzxX8

When signing in, make sure to select your Work/School profile instead of the personal one.

Check if the same prompt appears again.

If the issue persists, please follow the troubleshooting steps in the following documents:

https://adobe.ly/47XjWN8

https://adobe.ly/4qLd7FV

Once completed, try accessing Adobe Express or opening the Creative Cloud Desktop app again and let us know if the prompt still appears.

We look forward to your response.

Regards,
^AN

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding my Adobe account, which has recently been suspended. Because of this, I am unable to access essential applications such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and others that I rely on for my daily work.

This situation has put several ongoing projects on hold, and I am facing significant difficulty completing my tasks without access to these tools. I am not aware of any reason for the suspension, and I would be grateful if you could kindly help me understand the issue.

I sincerely request you to review my account at the earliest and guide me on the steps required to restore access. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any additional information needed to resolve this matter promptly.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your quick response.

Warm regards

Hi @shafi___,

Thanks for letting us know. Please note that you are seeing this prompt because you have only been assigned an Adobe Express license by your admin. When you click on any other Adobe app, a request is automatically sent to your admin, notifying them that you would like access to that application so they can assign a license accordingly.

As of now, you can only use Adobe Express under your current license. If you need access to all Creative Cloud applications or any specific Adobe app, please reach out to your admin and request the appropriate license.

You are not blocked, this message simply indicates that your account does not currently have the required license to use other Adobe apps.

Please contact your admin to have the necessary license assigned. You can refer to this document for steps on how to contact your admin:

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Regards,
