We have a team of about 10 people. The generative credits are up for the month but I need to work now so I sent a credit request via Photoshop and my admin granted it and bought a credit pack but I never get it, it’s been 4 days.

From his admin console my account is added to the ones that access the credits or whatever, what do I need to do? I feel Adobe is screwing us over when nothing works and its all very complicated and messy.

    Hi @NordicUnited
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience.

Upon reviewing the account details, I can see that you have an active Teams subscription associated with the Adobe ID (email) used to post this query. However, it appears that you have only been assigned a Creative Cloud Pro Plus plan by your administrator. This would explain why you are unable to access additional generative credits.

I recommend contacting your organization’s administrator and requesting that the appropriate license or credits plan be assigned to your Adobe ID  (email) through the Admin Console. They may refer to the following documentation for guidance:
    https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/assign-licenses-to-teams-users.html

If your organization has purchased a separate generative credits plan, please ask the administrator to verify whether it is visible in the Admin Console and confirm which users it has been assigned to.

I hope this clarifies the situation. Please let us know how it goes or if you need any further assistance.

    Regards,
    ^AN
