Question

My Adobe Creative cloud along with my Adobe apps keeps asking for a sign-in and exits out

Hello Everyone,
I would just like to ask if someone can fix this problem for me:
I updated my Adobe apps to the newest version, cause I thought that would've fixed the problem, but it appears that it has not. Adobe keeps asking me to sign-in, which I do then after 5-6 seconds that Adobe app closes (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) then I have to redo that whole process again? Does anybody know how to fix this or has anyone had the same problem?

Thank you in advance!

Hi there, I want to share what help me to fix this bizarre issue in a Windows machine: open your network adapter properties and disable IPv6 in it. It seems Adobe login servers are not working correctly right now if you connect through IPv6. After doing this it could login in the first try.

Hope it helps!

Same problem - 3 monthes already. Trying to solve Adobe suport agents  -

Install new Nvidia Drivers

Install Lightroom Cloud (not usable to me at all - because I need Lightroom to convert RAW to JPG)

Totally turned off all Windows 10 security - so my PC was work in internet witohout any defence

Deleted ODBE files

Reinstalled Creative cloud manager.

last agent  tell me thay I need make complain to  ......  my internet provider - even there is no any problems with login to CreativeCloud - after its disconnect.

I'm really disappointed - Lightroom has many problem - but all other RAW to JPG software has much more problems in use.
