My company pay for a Teams subscription to Creative Cloud but I can't access support

I have a paid subscription to Creative Cloud and have a couple of technical questions about the apps. When I try and contact support via Chat, which seems to be the only option available to me, a bot keeps telling me I don't have an active subscription. Clearly I do as I use InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc, every day!

I think the problem is that the account is registered to our IT department's admin email address, not mine.

I can't get past the bot to explain this to someone! It just keeps saying:

I see Adobe Reader linked to ([Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]), which allows you to read PDFs for free. To make any changes in a PDF, you need to sign in to or purchase an active paid plan.

Correct answer Abambo

If you have a Team subscription, first level support is up to your company. You need to contact your IT support, who can, when they don't have the answer, contact customer service for support.

You may ask your questions also here in the respective fora for the application. If your questions are application specific, you will get more qualified answers from application users here.

BTW: do not post e-mails here for your security. Do not answer anyone who contacts you via e-mail for your problem. They are probably scamers.
