my plan says I have creative apps on browser and I can't access and download it in Creative cloud

cant download my apps even though my plan says i have Creative apps, in the Creative Cloud app just gives me the option to buy or  get a trial

As you have a team account, I suggest you contact your internal administrator of the teams subscription. The administrator can contact Adobe support via the admin console if you need support to solve this.

 

Before you do, however, try simply to sign out and sign in again. Sign in to your company profile, not your personal profile.

Hi Damian,

We're sorry for the trouble. We checked the account associated with the email address you have logged into Adobe Community with. We could not find any active individual license. However, there is a team account associated with the email, hence, we'll be moving this thread to the Enterprise and teams community where you can get help for the issue.
