My school has changed our emails, I can access my online account but when I try to access my services, I receive this error message: Sorry, our email registration is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. Can someone help me?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I checked the account associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query and can see that it is currently linked to an Enterprise contract. Your administrator has assigned you a Creative Cloud Shared Device License.

    Please note that a Shared Device License is designed to work only on managed lab or institutional machines where the license has been deployed by the administrator. It will not function on personal devices.

    Could you please confirm whether you are encountering this issue while using the license provided by your school/organization, or if you previously had a personal subscription associated with this Adobe ID that you are now unable to access?

    Once we have this clarification, I’ll be able to guide you with the appropriate next steps.

    @MaelysFH what Adobe application are you referring too, you’ll more than likely need to contact your school about the issue you have
