My site stopped working after the release of Flash 13

Hi

I have a site that has been working perfectly for many years. Last month, after the release of Flash 13.x, some of the functionality stopped working. Its a critical site and many people are dependent on it to help select vital glass products (see link below). Since I have no control of forcing users to downgrade back to an older version of Flash, what is my best solution? Thanks.
