My student are not able to get her adobe-programs

Question

I guess her email-address messed up. She's got a new HP computer where she's trying to install.
Her address is **OMITTED EMAIL ADDRESS** but it seems it's stucked to her second mail **OMITTED EMAIL ADDRESS** so when I look at her address it looks like; **OMITTED EMAIL ADDRESS**
So the main problem is just to get her started again.

Hi Johan,

We understand that you need assistance with adding the correct email address of your student in the admin console so that she can be assigned the license for the Creative Cloud Applications.

The following solutions below might be helpful:

1) You may edit the user information & hence update her email in the Admin Console by following the steps mentioned here, scrolling down to 'Edit user details '.

2)You may remove the user from the Admin Console and hence add them again using the correct email address.
