My wife and I I have a second account under [private info removed] we forgot the password. We attempted change the password but because she is a teacher and we used her teacher status for the account. All email correspondence from you guys go to her work email. Unfortunately it blocks your emails. This is administered by the district so she cant unblock adobe in coming mail. So can we speak to someone to change the password or you use my address to send the link to change the password on my wife's account?
