Name Change

Hi all ... seems like it should be a pretty easy answer but we used an MSP several years ago and they purchased our software at that time. I created a new Adobe account for someone and their email shows up fine but their name shows up as the previous MSP. More than likely because they used her email to register the accounta at the time. How do I get her name changed to her actual name?
