Перестал запускаться Photoshop, пишетНе удается проверить статус вашей подписки.Срок действия подписки на Photoshop истек.Подписка была продлена, подскажите что делать.

Is this issue only on a particular computer or are several users encountering this issue?

Are you aware of any recent changes in your network/firewall?

Can you provide some more information about the versions of CC Desktop app, operating system etc.
