Need a contact for Enterprise Learning

I'm trying to get info on ADLS live training for Workfront for IBM employees. The various contact buttons are all non operational and there is no form. Who can help please?

    I found out that the form isn't working in Chrome or Safari but I was able to submit in Firefox. I'm using OS Ventura.
