Need help account

I was connected to an organization with my school email. I graduated and used my school email for a free trail for 2 weeks then charged $20 a month which I am okay with and I changed the email to my personal email now. When I clicked on indesign this morning it said

"Your InDesign license has expired.

For questions regarding your account or to renew your license, please contact your IT administrator.

You’re currently signed in with your email ID *******@17413941. You can also sign out and use an adobe ID that already has a paid subscription." 

How do I contact my IT administrator??????? My account is still under the old organization Windward Community College, and I cant seem to get rid of it because my account is now personal. 

If I am charged I want access to it.

“Your InDesign license has expired.
For questions regarding your account or to renew your license, please contact your IT administrator.”

This error typically occurs when there are cached credentials or outdated license files on the system. Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

Clear cached licensing information:
Follow the instructions in this guide:

Reset your hosts file (in case of network or activation interference):

If the issue persists, follow steps 1–7 in this article to resolve license and trial errors:

After completing the steps, sign out of all Adobe applications and the Creative Cloud desktop app, then sign back in using your personal email.
