Need help serializing CS6 for Win 10 images with updated suite.

I am deploying windows 10 images with CS6 installed. I had this working at one time, but now serialization is failing with return code 20 using both old and new prov.xml files.

The only difference I can see is that I updated CS6 apps before capturing the image this time.

Is anyone aware of this issue or can lend assistance?  I've read all of the posts about how to deploy, so let's not rehash that too much.
