Need to change organization name

Hello,

I need to change organizaiton name. This AI Chat doesnt help and cant create case to support because there is no button for this action. Also i dont have edit button in admin console to edit it by myself. How can i change it?

Please note that the ability to edit the organization name is available only to system administrators for Teams plans purchased directly from Adobe. You can refer to the following document for more details: https://adobe.ly/44Gqf6a

Since your plan was purchased through a reseller, the edit option is not available in the Admin Console. In this case, you can either contact your reseller directly or reach out to Adobe Support. To contact support, go to the Admin Console, navigate to the Support section, and click on Start Chat. Hello,

Thank you for your response! When I navigate to the Admin Console or use the link you provided, I only have access to the Adobe Virtual Assistant. Unfortunately, it doesn’t allow me to change my organization name or delete the Teams VIP contract.

Could you please assist me with this?

Thanks for reaching out. Please initiate a chat through the Adobe Virtual Assistant by visiting the Admin Console or using the support link. Once connected, type your request clearly and ask the chatbot to “connect me to an agent.” Once an agent joins the chat, you can request that they update your organization's name.
