NEED YOUR HELP User with a matching domain

Hello everyone,


I have a question. One of our users has used their professional email address with our domain for an annual subscription that is billed monthly. I want to add this user to our company's professional account, but I'm unsure whether their personal account will be deleted and the monthly charges stopped, or if they will continue to be billed on their personal account. I've noticed that on the professional account, we can add users with or without products.

 

Does this affect the billing on their personal account?How does the cancellation of the personal account work after the transfer to the company's professional account? Is there a charge for early termination?

Can someone help me with this?
