Needing Invoice - Have been trying for months with no response from anyone
I am having the hardest time with taking care of my business VIP invoice. I have been sending emails requesting an invoice beginning in September - Our renewal expiration was October 30th. I have emailed numerous times, opened two cases (they get closed after a response that the case was sent to a different department), spoken with a CSR (They could not help and told me to email the renewal team), opened a chat and I have still not had any luck getting an invoice to pay for our renewals. We are unable to access the program and the program is part of our curriculum in our district so students are sitting in class unable to access work that they need. I have asked for the account manager contact information and keep getting referred to a generic renewal email address. I don't understand why getting an invoice is so hard during a renewal and how they can just allow business accounts to come close to expire without proper customer service. We have issues every year but this has been the worst. I thought by starting in September prior to the October expiration that we would proactive in handling the situation. This is unacceptable.
