New Install and Creative Cloud Files Missing
Hi, I recently experienced an issue following the repackaging of our Adobe plan at my company. As a result, I ended up with a new account that is missing all my files.
Could you please explain why a repackaging and upgrade would result in the creation of a new account? Ideally, any upgrade should be applied to the original account to avoid such disruptions.
