New Install and Creative Cloud Files Missing

Hi, I recently experienced an issue following the repackaging of our Adobe plan at my company. As a result, I ended up with a new account that is missing all my files. 

Could you please explain why a repackaging and upgrade would result in the creation of a new account? Ideally, any upgrade should be applied to the original account to avoid such disruptions.

 

In case my this information helps, I'm using Windows 11.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi kglad, thank you for your quick response. The admin information should be displayed on my account, but unfortunately, it is not. That's why I posted here. In the meantime, I am also trying to locate our admin's information through other means.
