Newbie, need help creating serial packages.

Background, our previous Adobe administrator left.

We are a technical college, getting on to create a new Adobe (all apps) Windows 10 image for a Media Arts lab.  I absolutely am befuddled about how to accomplish this.  We just renewed our device license.  Our licensing on the LWS website most recently shows only expired licenses.  Whenever I try to create a package with Creative Cloud Packager, I'm asked for an Enterprise ID.  I can go no further, even though various web pages so all I have to do is "create the package and it will magically serialise with Adobe," or something like that.  Some other documentation said log in with my Enterprise ID, and I also have no idea what that is, or even if we have one.  Where does either of those ID's come from?  We purchased through MillerWilson in October 2018.  I can't find our key anywhere in any of our accounts or multitude of Adobe web-fronts online, nor has it seem to have been recorded, nor have we received anything.  I can create NAMED packages all day long, however.

And just an aside, documentation about this process is abysmal.

    Hi,

For a device license you don't need a serial number. Rather you have a deployment pool of licenses accessible from Creative Cloud Packager and linked to your Adobe ID.
