No access to Creative Campus?

Hi, I downloaded access to creative cloud (all apps) as I was supposed to be given free access to it via my university (University of New Mexico) which is a creative campus. I ordered the software via the University webstore and logged into adobe but I only have access to stock apps? Need help and access ASAP. Very frustrating.

Kindly sign out from the creative cloud app, log in again using your school account and check if you are able to access the apps now.
