No additional license ordered
Hello, let me know, the subscription from the invoice was not ordered by us. We have 9 active subscriptions, but we got an invoice for another one. The subscription amount also does not match our current ones. We received a notification about the extension of this subscription to a different address than it was added. Besides, we did not receive any information that anything additional would be included. How can this be explained? Is there an e-mail address to Adobe where we can describe our problem?
