No me permite cancelar la renovación de plan.

Ya estoy cansado de intentar ponerme en contacto con un agente o alguien que me permita cancelar este estupido plan que ya termine de pagar por el año entero, y ahora lo unico que quiero es no pagarlo mas.

Ya lo he intentado pero en cualquiera de los horarios no me conecta con ningun agente y en todas las ventanas de administracion no me permite hacer ningun cambio que no sea renovar la subscripcion. 

Estoy muy cansado de intentarlo y ya sin opciones.
