I was trying to allow the ability for our users to use Non Adobe Generative AI in Photoshop but it is telling us we need to allow it in the Admin Portal under Settings->Asset Settings.  I do not have that as an option nor does our other administrator.  We are using an Enterprise account.  Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Colby38811112ltzv,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Please note that Partner Models are part of the premium Generative AI features. For K12 education plans, users have access only to standard Generative AI features. Since your contract does not include licenses that provide access to premium Generative AI features, the option to enable or disable access to Partner Models in Admin console is not available.

To learn more about standard and premium features, please refer to this document: https://adobe.ly/4oGm8yK
For details on which plans provide access to specific Generative AI feature types, see: https://adobe.ly/4p4i62O

Additionally, users can check their feature access by visiting https://adobe.ly/4oARJ4Q, selecting their profile avatar in the upper-right corner, and reviewing the available features and remaining credits.

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi @Colby38811112ltzv,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, I can confirm that your Adobe ID is associated with an active Enterprise contract. Based on your query, it appears you are attempting to enable the use of Non-Adobe Generative AI models for end users in your organization but are unable to locate the option in the Admin Console.

Could you please share more details about the issue or provide a screenshot of what the end user encounters when trying to access Non-Adobe models? You may also ask the user to follow the steps mentioned in this article: https://adobe.ly/4nQMYTA.

Additionally, please share a screenshot of the exact error message and confirm which license has been assigned to the affected users.

We look forward to your response so we can further investigate and assist you with this issue.

Regards,
^AN
