I can't access account management or plans. What could be causing this?

I get the error "Unable to load plans. Please try again." The Admin console also doesn't work, with the error "We are sorry. Something went wrong. We're working on the problem. Please try again later." It's the same on other browsers. I tried sharing Wi-Fi from my phone, and the same thing happens.

    Hi @Iwo Group,

Thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. We know how important it is to be able to get into your account and manage your plan.

We can see you have an active Photoshop subscription on your account, so let's work out what's blocking access. In many cases, a plans or account page that won't load is tied to the browser, so it's worth trying these first:

    1. Open the page in a different browser (Chrome or Firefox), or in an incognito/private window.

    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies.

    3. Temporarily disable any ad blockers, script blockers, or VPN, and make sure cookies and pop-ups are allowed.

If it still won't load after that, could you share a few details so we can dig deeper:

    1. What exactly happens when you try? Does the page fail to load, or does an error message appear (if so, what does it say)?

    2. Are you trying to reach this through a web browser, or through the Creative Cloud desktop app?

    3. Which operating system are you on (Windows or macOS, and the version)?

Please let us know how it goes, and we'll take it from there.

    Thanks,
    ^AV
