I want to cancel my Adobe annual membership but I can't !! 

In the Admin Console its writing a phone number +90 212 336 0357 ( a Turkish phone number )but nobody answers its something like a joke.. https://adminconsole.adobe.com/882F56025F7823E70A495C5A@AdobeOrg/support

I can speak English but my colleagues can not ! I’m trying to install the programs but its impossible, I need help from some one who speaks and comunicate its impossible there is phone numbers that have never been answered..  I have probles nobody helps.. and I loose 3 days for this !! I’m trying to do this Turkish because I will forward the duties to my colleagues and they can not go forward with this unavailable structure !!

Also the phone numbers from Admin Console all Turkish support lines, no body answers !! its misleading and wrong! Doesn't suit a corporate structure like Adobe.
