None of my applications are opening!

I am getting this message everytime I open the software. I cannot work!

I did uninstall all the programmes and reinstall again for two times but the same message keeps apearing, I also updated my Windows

That MAY be a Microsoft problem... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
