Not able to access Shared Libraries across teams

My team is having the same issue. We can see the shared libraries in the web browser, but they do not show up in the desktop apps. Using MacOS and the latest version of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Also had issues with the sharing email that Adobe sends to other people when a library is shared. Clicking the link in that email brings you to a 404 page. This was brought up a few years ago, according to other posts I found in the forum, but apparently Adobe STILL has not fixed it. Adobe... stop playing around with AI and fix the BUGS in your software!
