Not able to assign licenses to users in our team
We havent been able to assign licenses to our team. We raised a case with Adobe support three weeks ago and they havent been helpful at all. This is stalling our operations. We always get a reply that the case has been escalated but i think they have got the meaning of escalation totally wrong. I needed to add 1 license but i tried adding 5 licenses and we were still charged for it.
