Not able to download Acrobat Customization Wizard DC

Question

Hi,I am not able to download Acrobat Customization Wizard DC.When I try this link "ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/11.x/11.0.00/misc/", I am asked for entering credentials (user and password).I tried with my AdobeID, with anonymous and all that I have in my mind but it always fails.Please, could you help me to download the Wizard for Windows ?Many thanks in advance.

You would need to try this step by step process.

Please open following link first.

Installation and setup — Acrobat Customization Wizard DC for Windows

then in wizard installation section click on "windows", it will redirect you to Adobe FTP site. Then click on last option "CustWiz1500920069_en_US_DC.exe" to download customization wizard.
