Not able to download Italian Langue Pack for speech-to-text function

Hello! I'm experiencing issues in downloading the Italian Language Pack for transcription and speech to text function..

the download starts from premiere and from creative clud but it's stuck to 0%!

plus I don't have access to the Adobe Admin Consol. (you don't have access, contact the administrator)

How can I do???

Team...it's a school licence. Organization licence

For getting access to the Admin console, you must contact any of the Admins who are managing the account for your organization.

For Premiere Pro, could you let us know what version of premiere pro you have? It's no longer available for Premiere Pro 15.4, 22.0, or 22.1.

You can also try uninstalling and then reinstalling the latest version. If that helps.

I have the last version installed, I 've already tried to remove it and reinstalled it again
