Not installing

Hi I am an avid user of things like photoshop, aftereffects, and illustrator. But of recent I have had to wipe my laptop and redownload some of these apps. In doing so only photoshop downloaded without any problems, while on the other hand I can't get anything else to download/install whether it be from my adobe cloud app or the website itself. It's been a few days now and I really need a fix, anything helps!

P.S. I don't get any error screens at all, its literally just that nothing happens once I click install. Only on 2 occasions did I get a screen to popup that had asked for me to type in my admin password, then after doing so the screen disappeared and nothing happened. I am on 2019 Macbook Pro, macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7!
