Not receiving email notifications with Teams comments

Up until two weeks ago, we were receiving all notifications when comments were made on projects within Creative Cloud (specifically from message@adobe.com).  This abrubtly stopped after an update went out.  Happening for all accounts on the Team.  Adobe tried saying it is our email provider, but I have checked and added all adobe domains and IPs to the whitelist.  Furthermore, I have tried changing my team email to point to a non-related gmail account and still am not receiving notifications when comments are made on projects.

Confirmed creative cloud is set to receive "All Emails" for commenting on creative cloud assets.  Also, all other emails from Adobe are received without issue.

Any ideas?  Adobe support has been no help and insists it is our email domain when multiple different domains and email providers have been tested.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Since you have tried the steps that were shared earlier, please get the Adobe urls and ports whitelisted or if they have been already whitelisted, please confirm again that this are the same urls as mentioned in :  https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html.

In most of the cases, the issues were resolved by whitelisting the network endpoints.

If the issue still persists, please feel free to contact Adobe Support Team at:  https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html

Thank you.
