Not receiving the password prompt on the adobe Admin Console login

Have a working account but on one particular pc, after entering in my email address, clicking continue and getting the green check, it nevers displays the password screen for me to complete the login.  Evertime I click the continue button it just flashes and stays at the same screen.

 

Any help would appreciated.

I would recommend changing the browser, use incognito mode/private window, and check if you are able to sign in to the admin console.
