not seeing files online

The adobe cloud folder for my enterprise account on my C drive folder says i'm storing 27.6 gb.  The On Line creative clouds says I'm using 78 gb.  It also only shows 28 of the many hundred that I want to see these files. This storage question is confusing and I need to know how to manage it both online and on the pc
