To keep track of Adobe Licenses issued it would be helpful if there was a notes field within each user's account within the Admin console, which would allow me to enter the purchase order details. This would helpful when transfering licenses.

I do not really understand your request. Are you talking about stock licences?

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
