Notifications of Licensing Changes to Users / Improperly Licensed

Some users are getting emails from Adobe regarding being subscribed to Acrobat Standard even though they're already licensed to Acrobat Pro in our enterprise account. These same users are also being told they need to Subscribe to Acrobat Pro when logged into their local Acrobat installations.
