    Hi @SHKP-IT ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

A seat count one higher than your named user list usually means the Admin Console’s count and the user view aren’t fully in sync yet. A few things to check, and it’d help to know what you find for each:

Go to Users > [Illustrator] and run the License Status Report rather than the basic export. Does that report show a 28th name that the regular list doesn’t?

Check whether any user groups are attached to the Illustrator product profile. Do you have any user groups assigned to this product, separate from individually assigned users?

One more worth checking: is it possible that any single user has been granted access to Illustrator in more than one way at once, for example, through an individual assignment and also through a group or shared profile they belong to? Even if that’s not it, ruling it out helps narrow things down.

If none of these turn up the missing seat, this will need a backend check rather than something that can be fixed from the console directly. In that case, open a support case and include both the License Status Report and your regular user export side by side; that comparison is what lets the backend team pinpoint exactly where the mismatch is and correct it.

If any of the above suggestions provided a clue to fix it, please update this discussion so it will help others with similar questions.

    Thanks,
    Tariq
