Hi @curtiss24169032,

Thank you for reaching out.

As checked, you have an active Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams subscription associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query.

Each Teams license is assigned to a specific named user and allows activation on up to two devices (for example, a desktop and a laptop), with the limitation that only one device can be actively used at a time.

If your company currently has one Teams license, it includes:

  • Access for 1 named user

  • Activation on up to 2 devices

  • 1 active session at a time

If you purchase an additional Teams license, your setup would then support:

  • 2 named users

  • Activation on up to 4 devices total (2 per user)

  • 2 users can work simultaneously

If your goal is to have four individuals using the apps concurrently, you would need to purchase four separate Teams licenses.

You can manage, assign, or reassign licenses using the Adobe Admin Console. For more details, please refer to the following terms:

Let us know if you have further questions.

Hi,

I have a question relating to the question above. If we purchase the team package, can it run 2 session at a time with a different apps? For e.g, im running photoshop at my laptop and open illustrator at my desktop at the same time, is it possible?

Thanks

Hi @skillful_days5FDF

Thank you for the question, and for reaching out.

A Creative Cloud for Teams license can be installed and activated on up to two devices. However it can only be actively used on one device at a time. This means you cannot run Photoshop on your laptop and Illustrator on your desktop simultaneously under the same license.

If your team needs two people or two simultaneous sessions, you would need two separate licenses assigned to two separate users.

For further details please refer to: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/device-activation-limit.html

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
