OCR and Adobe

Hello, my name is Iván. I want to convert a scanned pdf in armenian to a more friendly format, such as Word or Excel. I would like to know how can I do that my acrobat recognize the Armenian? I have checked that adobe acrobat has an option for transforming documents directly to excel or word, what should I do for acrobat to recognize the armenian ?
