    Hi @sasioli.
Thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, I can confirm that there is an active Enterprise contract associated with the email ID used to post this query, and your school has assigned you a Creative Cloud All Apps license.

Based on your message, I understand that you are trying to download older versions of Adobe applications such as Photoshop and InDesign because your current machine does not support the latest versions. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

For Enterprise-managed accounts, access to older versions depends on how the package was created and deployed by your school administrator. I recommend contacting your school’s IT administrator and requesting that they create and deploy an older version of the required applications through the Adobe Admin Console. They can follow the steps outlined in this document to create a package with a specific older version:
    https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/create-nul-packages.html

Additionally, as mentioned earlier in the community thread by @Ben M , your system hardware is significantly outdated. Systems with a 3rd generation Intel processor and Intel HD 4000 graphics may struggle with modern Adobe applications. It would be worth considering a hardware upgrade, as many current software versions not only Adobe are optimized for newer architectures. Using significantly older versions of Adobe apps may also limit access to important features and compatibility improvements.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards,
    ^AN

you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).

for other versions use the wayback machine archive (with prodesigntools.com)

Older versions are available for download through the CC software. From the CC app, go to Apps and click on the 3 dots next to an admin and choose other versions. Adobe allows you to install the latest and one version back.

Based on the i7 model you are using, your computer is nearly 15 years old as that processor came out in 2012. As this computer is nearing the end of its useful life, it would be worth considering an upgrade at this point in time. Many computers by this age will stop being able to run many of the latest software, not just Adobe software. Being that you are a university student, many computer manufacturers ranging from Apple to Dell and more, offer student discounts on their hardware much the same way that Adobe offers student discounts to their software.
