Older version of Premier Pro has disappeared from my computer

Hi all, 

This is really weird. I've been Premier Pro 2021 because 2023 was doing this weird thing where all my videos were exporting looking completely different to how they looked within the project, (colour, exposure totally off) so someone here recommended using an older version. So i've been doing that for the last year or so. I've have the app saved in my dock on my mac. 

So I was editing a project yesterday, saved and closed it as I normally would, but when I went to open the app today, it's not in my dock anymore, and it's completely disappeared from my mac. When I search for it, it's nowhere and there was only the option to install PP 2024. I mean, I was able to open my project and it seems as though the colour issues from the 2023 version aren't there, so if it works I guess that's fine. But how weird that it just disappeared?
